These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website wnbfportugal.pt and the purchase of products and services provided by Natural Athletics Portugal, responsible for the WNBF Portugal circuit. By using this website or making a purchase, you fully accept these terms.

2. Available Products and Services

The website wnbfportugal.pt offers the following products and services:

• WNBF Portugal Annual Membership — annual subscription granting WNBF Portugal circuit member status, valid until 31 December of the calendar year in which it is purchased
• Competition registrations (e.g. Legends League) — participation fee for events organised by WNBF Portugal, including additional categories (crossovers)
• Merchandise — physical products sold in the online store

3. Order Process and Contract

The purchase process works as follows:

• The user selects the desired product or service and adds it to the cart
• At checkout, the user fills in the required personal and athlete data
• The user expressly accepts these Terms & Conditions and the Code of Conduct
• The user chooses a payment method and completes payment
• The purchase contract is concluded at the moment payment is confirmed and a confirmation email is sent

Natural Athletics Portugal reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a manifest pricing error, service unavailability, or suspected fraud, with a full refund of the amount paid.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices shown on the website are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable legal rate, where applicable.

Accepted payment methods:

• Multibanco (automatically generated reference)
• MB WAY
• Bank transfer (when available)

Payment must be made at the time of the order. Registration or membership is only confirmed upon receipt and confirmation of payment.

For Multibanco payments, the reference has a limited validity period. If payment is not made within the indicated deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled.

5. Delivery and Access to Services

5.1. Digital services (Membership and Registrations)

Upon payment confirmation, access to the service is immediate. The user receives a confirmation email with purchase details. The WNBF Portugal membership card is issued after receipt of the athlete’s photograph, requested in the confirmation email.

5.2. Physical products (Merchandise)

Physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times and costs are indicated at the time of purchase. Natural Athletics Portugal is not responsible for delays attributable to postal services or carriers.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February, consumers generally have a 14-day period to exercise the right of withdrawal for online purchases, without giving any reason.

However, this right does not apply to the following services sold on this website:

• Annual Membership: digital content with immediate access, subject to the user’s express consent to waive the right of withdrawal upon completing the purchase (Art. 17(1)(m) of DL 24/2014)
• Competition registrations: leisure/sporting services with a specific date of performance (Art. 17(1)(l) of DL 24/2014)

For physical products (merchandise), the right of withdrawal applies in full: the consumer may return the product within 14 days of receipt, in perfect condition and original packaging, with a full refund including original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

7. Liability and Limitations

Natural Athletics Portugal is committed to organising announced events to the highest quality and safety standards. However:

• It is not liable for injuries, accidents or health issues occurring during events, as athletes are responsible for their own physical condition
• It does not guarantee the holding of an event in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemic, public authority order, or other circumstances beyond its control)
• It reserves the right to change dates, venues or event formats with adequate prior notice

8. Changes to Terms

Natural Athletics Portugal reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. For purchases made before a change, the terms in force at the date of purchase apply.

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the consumer may use:
